If approved, it would ensure East Malling Trust can continue its support for world-class top and soft fruit research by funding a new science campus at NIAB EMR.
The proposals also support the Trust’s efforts to provide high quality accommodation for the 69 businesses based on the 550-acre estate, as well as maintain the Grade I-listed Bradbourne House.
